We also offer standing seam metal roofing for new installations.

How do I know if my roof needs to be replaced?

Signs that your roof may need replacement include missing or damaged shingles, excessive granule loss, recurring leaks, curling or cracking shingles, or widespread wear. Age is also a factor, but an older roof doesn’t automatically need to be replaced. We can inspect the condition of your roof and let you know whether a repair will extend its life or if replacement is the better long-term option.

How long does a roof replacement take?

The exact timeline depends on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, accessibility, and whether any damaged roof decking is discovered once the existing shingles are removed. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before work begins and keep you updated throughout the project.

Can you repair a leaking roof?

Yes. We repair leaks caused by damaged or missing shingles, flashing, vents, skylights and other common roofing issues. We’ll first identify where the water is actually getting in, since the source of a leak isn’t always directly above where it appears inside your home. Once we find the cause, we can recommend the appropriate repair and help prevent further damage.

Yes. We clean up at the end of every workday so your property stays as safe and tidy as possible throughout the project. Once the job is complete, we do a final cleanup, removing nails, old roofing materials, and any remaining debris before we leave.

Yes. If your roof has been damaged by wind, hail or another storm event, we can complete a thorough roof inspection and provide a detailed written report outlining our findings, along with photos, repair or replacement recommendations, and a detailed estimate for the required work. This documentation can be provided to your insurance company or adjuster to support your claim.

How much does a roof repair cost?

Roof repairs start at $250 + GST and include up to four replacement shingles. If we discover that additional materials or more extensive work is required, we’ll show you exactly what we found and provide an estimate before completing any additional work. There are no surprise repairs or added work without your approval.
If you’re not sure what’s causing the issue, we also offer roof inspections for $175 + GST, which include a thorough assessment, photo documentation, and a detailed written report outlining our findings and recommendations.
