Yes. We clean up at the end of every workday so your property stays as safe and tidy as possible throughout the project. Once the job is complete, we do a final cleanup, removing nails, old roofing materials, and any remaining debris before we leave.

Yes. If your roof has been damaged by wind, hail or another storm event, we can complete a thorough roof inspection and provide a detailed written report outlining our findings, along with photos, repair or replacement recommendations, and a detailed estimate for the required work. This documentation can be provided to your insurance company or adjuster to support your claim.

Roof repairs start at $250 + GST and include up to four replacement shingles. If we discover that additional materials or more extensive work is required, we’ll show you exactly what we found and provide an estimate before completing any additional work. There are no surprise repairs or added work without your approval. If you’re not sure what’s causing the issue, we also offer roof inspections for $175 + GST, which include a thorough assessment, photo documentation, and a detailed written report outlining our findings and recommendations.
